Each of these services are provided to you as per terms and conditions unique to each and every service. You are advised to read the terms and conditions relevant to the services that you are subscribing to, prior to signing up for our services.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Fees and Payment

Each and every product and service offered by us follows a unique pricing structure and policy. Fees for our services will be provided to you prior to you agreeing to use our services. All fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

All intellectual property rights arising from our services will belong to us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Amritsar Courts.
