We have a ‘no refund’ policy for services already rendered or currently in process. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us. We value our clients’ satisfaction and will try to address your concerns. All refunds of service fee are in line with the service agreement signed by you prior to the commencement of services. If we deem you to be eligible for a refund, such refunds will be issued to the original credit card / debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of the payments made via NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT Bank Transfers, UPI, PayTM, Razorpay, Google Pay, etc., the payments refund (if any) will be made to the same bank account from which they were initiated.
